The Client is a global leader in barrier protective solutions and designs, develops, manufactures and markets a wide range of surgical, examination, industrial and household gloves, protective clothing and condoms. The Client employs over 11,000 people in 33 countries with sales of over USD 1 billion.
The Challenge
The Client has operations in the Americas, Europe and Asia with a small team of IT staff in the US maintaining their PRMS ERP application. There is a significant volume of changes and enhancements that are requested from different regions, that require fast response and resolution.
The Solution
Systsoft Systems & Software has a team of people offshore that manage the maintenance and enhancement requests forwarded by the Client from different regions. These requirements are analyzed and the design documents are prepared by Systsoft.
After their approval, the offshore team develops and tests the changes and then passes it back to the Client. The Client tests the changes and then moves them to production.
