All our people are tested through a three-stage recruitment process for their communication skills, general aptitude as well as technical abilities.
Extensive training is given to all employees, not only at the time of joining, but on an ongoing basis, taking account of the need to keep them updated on the progress in their technology domains. The training is generally based on the hands-on methodologies and is imparted by experienced practitioners.
