Our Solutions are designed to automate manual processes in real world situations, based on our deep knowledge of customer requirements. This ensures that they are made to be easy-to-use and provide quick results with minimum effort.
We use our own Services methodology to ensure quality and on-time delivery, which has been refined using our experience of working in multiple projects across industries and cultures, while also incorporating the customer's quality measurement and project management processes.
Our People
Systsoft Technologies LLP is defined by its people and hence great care is taken in their selection and training. Our Founders, IT Consultants and Software Engineers are graduates and post-graduates from the IITs and other leading technology institutes in India. Each person is tested through a three-stage recruitment process for communication skills, general aptitude as well as technical abilities.
Extensive training is given to all employees, not only at the time of joining, but on an on-going basis, taking account of the need to keep them updated on the progress in their technology domains. The training is generally based on the hands-on methodologies and is imparted by experienced practitioners. Systsoft cross trains developers, so that they are able to serve our clients in multiple capacities.
